Originally from Pittsburgh, Pa, Val has found herself at home in Austin, Tx after many years working as an artist in NYC and beyond.

Val is known to bring boundless creativity, diversity of experience, organization, and professionalism to every project. Val currently serves as Operations Manager and Head Teacher with Village Virtual Community School. Learn about this beautiful Community HERE! Val also serves as the Owner/Founder and Producing Director of Vintageous Productions , a Vintage Entertainment Company that creates Retro Event Entertainment. Vintageous is dedicated to sharing American History through song and providing opportunities for women in the arts. Vintageous performs year round in Austin and beyond in various genres from Jazz to Broadway. Vintageous is a proud woman owned business. In NYC Val has been seen Off Broadway and beyond at Theater Row, The Irish Repertory Theater, Town Hall, The Laurie Beechman, Don't Tell Mama, Iridium, Kitano & select other venues. She has been featured as a solo vocalist in concert with The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, Norwegian Cruise Lines across the world, and on a wide variety of recording projects including Broadway's Carols for a Cure (15), The Manhattan Dolls' "From Sea to Swingin' Sea", Liz Swados' "The Haggaddah", & her favorite: Songs For Young Whippersnappers. Val is also a published children's author and passionate advocate of Music Therapy, having served on the advisory board of Sing For Your Seniors (www.Singforyourseniors.org) and worked to create partnerships with Senior Centers, Nursing Homes, and VA hospitals in New York City, Pittsburgh, Austin, and beyond through various organizations.
