Originally from Pittsburgh, Pa, Val has found herself newly at home in Austin, Tx after many years working as an artist in NYC and beyond.
Val is a skilled Director, Choreographer, Producer, Arts Educator, and Arts Management Professional who brings boundless creativity, diversity of experience, organization, and professionalism to every project.
Val serves as the Owner/Founder and Producing Director of Vintageous Productions , a Vintage Entertainment Company that creates Retro Event Entertainment. Vintageous is dedicated to preserving American History through song and providing opportunities for women in the arts. Vintageous performs year round in Austin, Pittsburgh, and beyond in various genres from Jazz to Broadway. Vintageous is a proudly woman owned business.

Val is also a passionate advocate of Music Therapy, having served on the advisory board of Sing For Your Seniors (www.Singforyourseniors.org) and worked to create partnerships with Senior Centers, Nursing Homes, and VA hospitals in New York City, Pittsburgh, and beyond through various organizations.
Val holds a BFA-CCM Musical Theater where she was awarded the Laurie Beechman Award for Vocal Excellence.
She is also a Graduate of Richard E. Raugh Conservatory training program
